I am so happy with Dr Natalie Platt. She and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled, with the latest instruments and technologies in dentistry. I had not been to the dentist in a while, so I was apprehensive like a lot of people. Her team put me at ease right away. They got me in quickly. They did the latest digital x-ray, Pictures, ext. Explained the situation and what it would take. Quoted me a price which I signed. Offered to do my deep cleaning in two stages, so I opted for the first available appointment. Signed on the agreed-upon price. Then when I came back to my surprise, I was told upon further review I would be able to have my cleaning all done that afternoon, and the price would be almost half what I was originally quoted. What business does that? I am so impressed with Dr Natalie Platt and her professionalism and the honesty that she has. Her practice is going to grow quickly! I promise you. I love Dr. Natalie!

I had my new patient appointment today (using North Lakewood Dental Feb special of $79) for a cleaning, xrays, and consultation with the doctor. My experience was really good!! Angela was the hygienist (awesome technique, great communicator, very gentle) and Dr Platt was very thorough, and provided me with a treatment plan (using photos of my mouth) to show me where my problem area were located. I was very impressed with North Lakeland Dental. It’s a newer office, just opened in October 2025. I chose them from reviews I read on internet. My last dentist was no longer accepting our dental carrier so I had to find a new one. They were in my network plus good reviews. When I first walked in I was warmly greeted, the office was super clean and very nice. My hygienist Angela was great, a very sweet & knowledgeable hygienist. I liked Dr. Pratt very much, she was very pleasant and friendly, went over my X-rays and what areas I might have problems with in the future. The checkout experience was great! All of the employees were very professional & friendly! I used to work in a few different dental offices over 20 years ago and they all made it a very comfortable experience. Thank you all for a job well done!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and new technology at North Woodlake Dental. It was really helpful to be able view my X-ray on a full TV screen. The complete set of X-rays made for a thorough exam. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Platt and her staff, including hygienist, Angela (she did an awesome cleaning!). The entire team were friendly and provided the highest standard of dental care. In addition, they go over all costs/ insurance coverage. Estimates are given prior to work and charges are very fair in comparison to other dental practices.

It was easy to get an appointment. I waited to be seen less than 5 minutes. Everybody was extremely friendly. I loved the dentist and hygienist. Both took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt immediately comfortable. I was informed of charges before any work began and was able to opt out of anything I didn’t think was necessary. There were no surprises in the billing like some other dentists in the area do. I loved the TV in the room. It made the time go by so quickly. I will definitely be a customer!

Lakewood North Dental was a pleasant surprise. It’s only been open 6 months which makes everything brand new. They have one of the nicest waiting rooms I’ve ever been in, very comfortable seating, water, coffee, wi-fi, very nicely done. I was called into the “business end” after only a few minutes. Everyone was extremely pleasant and my visit was over after a couple x-rays and discussion about my particular issue and going over their “Smile Plan" — a program where you pay a fee and for the whole year you pay reduced prices on every service and you can come in as often as you want/need. I highly recommend Lakewood North and will definitely be returning.

Recently moved to Bradenton and found this dental office just opened. While most prefer a well established office, I prefer brand new because they will have state of the art equipment and know the most recent in dental advancements. As a testament to this, my hygienist, Angela, and her assistant, Amie, performed the fastest cleaning I’ve ever received without sacrificing quality! The dentist it off with a professional review and I was out the door. Very pleased and will be back!

Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Truthfully the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Hygienist Angela spent like 30 minutes on just one section of my teeth, no pain or discomfort, awesome work. Dr. Platt used this tiny camera to show me the surface of my teeth which was cool. She was clearly knowledgeable, caring, and highly qualified. Everything you want in a dental clinic!
